Clontarf Beach Scout Group is one of 3 Groups that make up the Redcliffe Scout District situated on the Redcliffe Peninsula.
The Group has been operating from it's Den in Isobel Street, Clontarf since 1956 and is looking forward to celebrating 50
years of providing Scouting to the Redcliffe Community this year.
The Group is currently running 4 Sections ~ Joey Scouts, Cub Scouts, Scouts & Venturers.
As with most Scout Groups these days, Clontarf Group is very strong in fundraising to cover the ever increasing costs
in keeping a Scout Den open.
We have a small but very dedicated and strong Group Committee which oversees the fundraising activities we do each year.
Our main fundraising is done by running big Sausage Sizzles at local Community Events run by the Redcliffe
City Council and others which includes Australia Day celebrations, Festival of Sails, Kite Fest, First Settlement Festival and our major fundraiser, our Group's Automotive Show in November each year.
The Group is always looking for prospective Leaders (male & female) to help provide Scouting to the Community.
